The final paper must be at maximum 13 pages (not including references).
Authors will submit their paper and complete the IEEE Copyright Form via the IEEE CPS Author Kit .
As a note, copyright status is manually updated each day. If you see that your copyright form is not submitted after receiving the copyright submission email, please wait a day or two before inquiring about the copyright status.
The deadline to receive your camera-ready paper is Wednesday, May 6 by 5 PM PT. If you have any questions, please contact the Publications Chair, Kate Smith (kns@northwestern.edu).
Authors that successfully pass the artifact evaluation process will have the option to include a two-page maximum artifact appendix. The artifact appendix will be free of charge. If your paper includes an approved artifact, the appropriate badges will be attached during production.
