While we strongly encourage the in-person conference experience to get the most out of ISCA, ISCA 2026 is proud to offer a hybrid experience. This hybrid offering helps promote global participation by students and professionals, ensuring that attendees from around the world can participate and engage with the cutting-edge research presented at the conference.

Please note that each paper must have at least one author attend and present the paper in person.

What's Included

All Presentations will be streamed live on Zoom and recorded.

  • Platform: We will be utilizing Whova for the central conference platform, providing access to schedules and facilitating Q&A.
  • Live Engagement: Remote and in-person attendees can join the Zoom sessions to watch presentations in real-time and submit questions via the Whova platform. Session chairs will read remote questions aloud to the speakers as time permits.
  • Asynchronous Viewing: All live Zoom sessions will be recorded and uploaded for on-demand viewing, accommodating all time zones.

Optional Advance Recordings

To maximize engagement during the live sessions, authors are strongly encouraged to make a recorded video of their talk available in advance (hosting suggestions to be announced later). This approach allows remote attendees to view content before the scheduled time and submit questions early via Whova, leading to richer discussion during the live Q&A.

Other Points of Interest

  • Workshops & Tutorials: Workshops and Tutorials are included in the remote registration fees. However, each workshop or tutorial may or may not opt in. Check with each workshop organizer for details.
  • Awards and Keynotes: It’s our plan to host the Awards Luncheon and keynotes on Zoom.
  • Volunteering: If you would like to volunteer to help us make this hybrid experience a success, please fill out this form. We may need both local and online volunteers.
