The ACM Production System (TAPS) (format check, copyright forms, final paper upload)

ACM is the leading publisher for ISCA 2023. All authors of the accepted papers must follow the ACM Production System (or TAPS) workflow. Please read the following instructions for preparing the camera-ready version.

  1. Copyright Form
    • A rights management email from ACM will be sent to the email box of the corresponding author. If you could not find such email, please check your SPAM folder. If you still could not find the email, please let me know. Note: ACM requires that the information for each author and paper title on the ACM Rights Form precisely match what is on the final version of your paper. The information includes each author's name, each author's affiliation, each author's email address, and the order of the authors on your paper. The edit screen allows the corresponding author to make any updates to the author information and the paper title to match what is on your final paper.
  2. Camera-ready paper preparation
    • We will be using The ACM Production System (TAPS) to handle your camera-ready submission. Please follow the instructions below to prepare your camera-ready version: https://authors.acm.org/proceedings/production-information/taps-production-workflow
    • You could find the latex template at https://authors.acm.org/proceedings/production-information/preparing-your-article-with-latex and word template at https://authors.acm.org/proceedings/production-information/preparing-your-article-with-microsoft-word

Please make sure to include ccs concepts, keywords and ACM reference format blocks on your first page. You will receive follow-up emails from ACM with more instructions on copyright transfer, DOI number, etc., in the next few days. Then you can fill in the copyright block on the first page as well.

If you are using Latex, you can use either one-column or two-column format. If you are using MS Word, you would go with the one-column format; authors using MS Word are encouraged to check with TAPS support "tapssupport_at_aptaracorp.com" before submitting. Regardless your sources files are in Latex or MS Word, TAPS will convert the source into a two-column article PDF format as well as a one-column HTML5 format.

Please make sure the final 2-column PDF file generated by the TAPS system meet the page limit requirement, which is 12 pages, excluding references. You can purchase up to two extra pages for the main body of the paper.
  3. Camera-ready paper uploading
    • After you submit the copyright form, you should get an email from TAPS in about 6-12 hours to upload your file. Again, please check your spam folder if you do not get it.

If you have any questions regarding the TAPS system, ACM has 24/7 technical support available via e-mail to "tapssupport_at_aptaracorp.com".

  4. *** Registration ****
