To request an invitation letter and any other necessarily documents for your visa application, please indicate your need for this support and provide any necessary details during registration. This visa support is complimentary. After you register, we will contact you and provide your visa support letter and the necessary documents.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan visa applications are processed in "5 working days from the day following the date of receipt of the application, provided that there is no particular problem with the content of application".
However, visa processing times can vary based on workload and individual circumstances. We recommend registering for the conference early to obtain your visa support letter and the necessary documents as soon as possible.
Please note that our complimentary visa support will provide: 1) a visa application form with the guarantor part filled, 2) a "Letter of Guarantee", 3) an "Invitation Letter (Single-Entry)", 4) an "Overview of the Company / Organization", and 5) an "Itinerary in Japan".
