Important Attendee Information: Please Read

YOU SHOULD PLAN TO WATCH THE MAIN PROGRAM'S TECHNICAL CONTENT THE WEEK OF MAY 25.

Once registered, you will have immediate access to the site. All technical presentations for the main program except the keynotes, are prerecorded and available to watch. The only exceptions are: (a) papers for which authors have yet to upload their presentation; (b) papers embargoed by the authors until May 30 because, for example, they may need the time to secure appropriate intellectual property protection.

  • Please use the week of May 25 to watch as many presentations as you want/can.
  • For each such presentation:
    • Check out the questions posed by peer attendees in the corresponding Q&A section. If a question resonates with you, please vote for it.
    • Be sure to enter your questions to the presenter in the the same Q&A section.

On Monday, June 1, the main program will open live. For the technical program, slots will consist of:

  • A lightning presentation of the paper as a refresher.
  • A round of responses by the speaker to the questions posted the preceding week by attendees on the corresponding Q&A section.
  • The remaining time, if any, can be devoted to answer questions posed live by the attendees on the same Q&A section.

All technical papers are publicly available (except before May 30 if embargoed by the authors).

WORKSHOPS AND TUTORIALS BEGIN FRIDAY, MAY 29.

This was done to (1) accommodate requests by some organizers, (2) increase the chance to participate in more workshops, and (3) contain costs associated with webinar streaming.

Most workshops and tutorials largely follow the main program's format as well.

Registration Waivers

If you cannot financially afford to register to the conference, we want to help. Please send to the registration co-chairs a PDF, JPG, or PNG letter explaining in detail why you need a waiver, and include your email in the letter. The letter needs to be written and signed by a professor (academia) or supervisor (industry) on your behalf and in official university/company letterhead. We require a separate letter for each registrant requesting a waiver.
